Our Process

We ship all products from our 10,000-square-foot warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. Our three teams of trained technicians make sure our phones go through extensive, consistent testing procedures, and our devoted shipping staff are fast and efficient. Our staff of 50 are trained extensively and technicians are divided into three groups:  

Our Quality Control team clears all personal data from the devices and tests them for functionality.  

Our Software department carrier unlocks our products and performs FRP bypasses to remove Google accounts.  

Hardware is where our technicians repair and refurbish devices according to the highest industry standards.
